"KMP BILD Ltd. as a data controller applies the principles of processing of personal data and hereby provides information and conditions for the exercise of the rights of data subjects under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "Regulation") and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and accordingly

This "Privacy Policy" ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is intended to inform each Customer (as defined below) of the Company regarding the processing of data by which that particular Customer is or may be identified.

1. What personal data we process:
The Company processes, as a data controller, the following groups of personal data of Customers:

Physical identity - name, ID number, address, phone number, email address;
Economic identity - bank account number information. Personal data is collected by the Controller from the individuals to whom it relates.
2. How we collect personal data:
We collect personal data:

when registering on the FIX web application and when using the application without registration;
in correspondence with the Client, which may include communication in written, electronic or oral form;
by cookies when using or browsing our website. In some cases, information may be collected from third parties or public sources. Our website collects data in log files. This information contains data about your IP address, ISP, browser used, operating system, time of website visit and pages visited. Our application uses cookies.
3. Do we process special categories of personal data:
The Company does not process special categories of personal data of Customers.

4. For what purposes we process personal data:
The Company processes personal data of Customers for the following purposes:

providing information and assistance;
individualization and contact with customers and actual owners;
performance, modification and termination of the relationship between the Company and the Client;
offering and promoting additional services;
compliance with regulatory requirements;
resolving disputes and cooperating with regulators where required by law.
5. On what legal basis we process personal data:
Customers' personal data is collected, processed and used on the following legal grounds:

for the performance of a contract or for taking action prior to its conclusion;
to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the Company;
the legitimate interests of the Company or third parties.
6. How long we keep personal data:
The Company retains personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and until payment of the contractual obligations, as well as for a transitional period to comply with archiving and reporting obligations. If a legal action is initiated, personal data may be retained until that action is completed.

7. Who we share personal data with:
The Company may disclose personal data to:

third party service providers who carry out activities on our behalf;
regulatory, tax, financial, judicial, administrative and law enforcement authorities.
8. Is personal data protected:
The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access or unlawful use.

9. Automated decision making:
The Company does not perform automated decision making with data.

10. What are the Customers' rights regarding the protection of personal data:
Each Customer may exercise the following rights by written notice to the Company:

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data: where the processing of the Customer's personal data is based on the Customer's consent, the Customer has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Right of access: each Customer has the right to obtain confirmation from the Company whether his personal data is being processed. This includes the right to access personal data, and the right to obtain a copy of the data free of charge, except in cases of excessive or repetitive requests.
Right to rectification: each Customer has the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data relating to him/her.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): each Customer has the right to request the erasure of his/her personal data without undue delay where any of the following grounds apply:
the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
The Customer withdraws its consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
The Customer objects to processing in accordance with the terms below;
personal data have been unlawfully processed;
personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law, the law of a Member State or the law of another country.
Right to restriction of processing: each Customer has the right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data in the following cases:
where the Customer disputes the accuracy of the Personal Data for the period in which the Company verifies accuracy;
where the processing is unlawful and the Customer objects to the erasure of the data;
where the Company no longer needs the Personal Data but the Customer requires it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to object: each Customer has the right to object at any time, on the basis of his specific situation, to the processing of personal data relating to him where such processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company. Upon a valid objection, the Company will terminate the processing unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the Customer's rights and interests.
Right to data portability: this right includes the possibility to:
to obtain the personal data that the Customer has provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller;
require the direct transfer of data from one controller to another where technically feasible.
Right to lodge a complaint: every Customer has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of his/her personal data by the Company at the following email address: office@fix-app.eu as well as with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, which is the competent supervisory authority:

11. What happens when changes occur:
In the event of a material change in the manner in which the Company processes the Customers' personal data and/or in the types of personal data processed and/or in any other aspect of the subject matter of this notice, the Company will inform the Customers of the relevant change promptly by issuing and making available an updated version of the notice.
